Why KRAV MAGA for children?
The KRAV MAGA Kids Class is specially designed for children aged 6 to 11. KRAV MAGA is a modern and effective system of self-defense that is easy to learn and practice-oriented. Our training combines the joy of movement and action with the strengthening of self-confidence and safety.
Your child will learn through play how to de-escalate conflicts and what to do to protect themselves effectively in critical situations – all in a supportive and safe environment.
Our experienced and first-class instructors train your child with empathy, discipline and enthusiasm. Some of our instructors also have training as teachers or educators.
Every child is unique – that’s why we design the training to be age-appropriate, individualized and with a focus on a safe and strong life.

Trial lesson
Secure the perfect start for your child with a trial lesson. Simply book your preferred appointment online. Upon signing up for a membership, the fee will be credited back to you immediately.
Membership
Your child can join at any time and start immediately after signing up for membership. The first direct debit is usually made the following month.

Our training room at Fitness First is located in the Kantcenter (1). If you are coming by public transport, it is best to head towards Wilmersdorfer Straße and then towards Media Markt. Then take the elevator next to the escalator (2) to the 4th floor.
For those traveling by car the APCOA parking garage on parking level C is available; then use the entrance to the Kantcenter (3). The parking card can be stamped at Fitness First.

After the main entrance (Fig. 1.), walk straight ahead until you can go no further. On the right-hand side, either take the stairs or the elevator. The Training takes place in the motion*s dance & movement studio on the 4th floor in Studio 3. Changing rooms and reception are located on the 5th floor.
Frequently asked questions
Please wear a normal T-shirt, preferably one from KRAV MAGA DEPARTMENT(link to store '). Please also wear shorts or long trousers and clean sports shoes that are only used indoors and do not stain.
Exception: At the Steglitz location, training takes place exclusively barefoot.
We recommend a groin protector. Please give your child a drinking bottle with water for training.
Each membership in the KRAV MAGA Kids Class (6-11 years) includes a fixed weekly training session. On request, a second training session per week can be booked for an additional charge. Please contact us - we will help you quickly and easily.
Please be sure to inform us in advance by e-mail. Even if a trainer has agreed on site, a written confirmation from us is required. A change is only possible after our confirmation. You can reach us by e-mail at: info@kravmagadepartment.de
We do not have lockable lockers on site. However, personal belongings, including the training bag, can be stored directly next to the training area. This allows your child to keep an eye on their belongings at all times. The water bottle is also always to hand.
Yes, our training always takes place, with the exception of the following times:
- on public holidays
- for two weeks during the summer and Christmas vacations (details can be found in good time under News ')
