The Aggression Determination Course (IDF Based) was created for military, security forces and operator units training, in order to build one’s self confidence in his ability to engage, execute and overcome escalating and violent conditions and situations. What we want to achieve:

• Self confidence
• Self Discipline
• Ability to function under high-level stress conditions
• Awareness and quick response
• Aggression control
• Fighting persistence
• How to “switch on” and “switch off” consciously
